It is fundamental to note that only 8.7% of the total population possesses such qualities. Such individuals are much in association with the external environment, are responsible, and form the pillars of strength in an organization. The results also portrayed significant magnitudes of the personality test. For instance, my traits are characterized by 55.56% extroverted, 75% sensing, 64.29% thinking, and 73.53% judging. These characteristics are significant in the making of a leader as well as an administrator.It is critical to understand that people who fall under the ESTJ category of the MBTI test are goal-oriented, analytical, organized, and decisive.
